I have just updated AppReviews with the following changes:

Adds support for the Retina Display on iPhone4.
Adds support for fast app-switching on iOS4.
Performs more smoothly on iPhone4.

I have just open-sourced an iPhone app called AppReviews, which lets iPhone developers read their app reviews & ratings from all the App Stores around the world.

You can find it at github http://github.com/gambcl/AppReviews

and also at http://www.perculasoft.com/appreviews

If you want to try it out you can grab the source and build it yourself, you will require the iPhone SDK from Apple.
